Template Messages

Create reusable message templates for sharing photo request links.

Overview

Template messages help you:

• Quickly share request links
• Maintain consistent communication
• Include all necessary information
• Copy to any messaging platform

Message Template

Default Template

The system provides a default template:

Please send the requested photos using the following link from your phone: {link}

Customizing Your Template

1. Go to Settings → Preferences tab
2. Edit the Message Template field
3. Include desired placeholders
4. Click Save

Available Placeholders

Use these placeholders in your template:

Numeric Code

The {code} placeholder requires a plan that supports numeric codes.

Using Templates

Copy Message

From any photo request:

1. Open the request detail page
2. Click Copy Message
3. Message copies to clipboard with values filled in
4. Paste into SMS, WhatsApp, email, etc.

Example Flow

1. Create a photo request
2. Click Copy Message
3. Open your messaging app
4. Paste the message
5. Send to customer
