Find specific photos and submissions quickly with powerful filtering.

Overview

Filters help you navigate large collections of photos and submissions:

• Filter by tag
• Filter by date range
• Filter by submitter
• Search by identifier
• Combine multiple filters

Available Filters

Tag Filter

Filter photos by applied tags:

1. Open gallery or submission list
2. Click Tag dropdown
3. Select one or more tags
4. View only matching photos

Date Range Filter

Find submissions within a specific period:

Field	Description
From	Start date (inclusive)
Until	End date (inclusive)

Common uses:

• This week's submissions
• Last month's photos
• Specific date range

Unique Field Filter

For Permanent Links with unique identifier:

1. Open submissions table
2. Enter identifier value
3. Filter by partial or exact match

Examples:

• License plate: ABC123
• Order number: ORD-2024-001
• Booking reference: BK789

Full Name Filter

When full name is collected:

1. Open submissions table
2. Enter name to search
3. Matches partial names

Using Filters

Single Filter

1. Click the filter control
2. Enter or select value
3. Results update automatically
4. Clear to remove filter

Multiple Filters

Combine filters for precise results:

1. Apply first filter (e.g., tag)
2. Apply second filter (e.g., date)
3. Results match ALL criteria
4. Clear individual or all filters

Filter Persistence

• Filters remain while viewing page
• Page navigation preserves filters

Default Sort

• Submissions: Newest first
• Photos: By slot order
• Archive: Most recently archived

Click column headers to sort:

• Ascending (A-Z, oldest first)
• Descending (Z-A, newest first)
• Click again to toggle
